TikTok Toolkit Downloader enables offline access to TikTok videos by caching media locally on your device. By using the App, you acknowledge that downloaded content is solely for personal use and that you bear full responsibility for complying with creator rights and platform policies.
We encourage you to respect creators and only download videos when you have explicit permission or when it falls within fair use guidelines. If TikTok or a content owner requests removal of cached content, please delete it promptly using the Storage manager.

2. Permitted Use
The App is designed for personal, non-commercial access to TikTok content that you are authorised to view. You are responsible for ensuring that any downloads comply with TikTok's policies and applicable copyright laws.
3. Account & Privacy
We do not require an account. Cached videos remain on your device in IndexedDB and are never uploaded to our servers. Clearing your browser storage removes downloaded copies permanently.
4. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. TikTok may change their platform at any time, which can impact the availability or quality of downloads.
5. Limitation of Liability
TikTok Toolkit Downloader is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damages, or legal consequences arising from your use of the App.
6. Modifications
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
